Refund Policy

1. Overview

TPS offers subscription plans on a prepaid basis. Because digital services are delivered immediately upon activation, our default position is that payments are non-refundable. This policy explains the limited circumstances under which a refund may be granted, and how to request one.

2. YooKassa Payments (Card & SBP)

Payments made via YooKassa (card or SBP) are processed by YooKassa (LLC YooMoney). Upon successful payment, your Pro subscription is activated immediately.

As a general rule, subscription payments are non-refundable once a subscription period has been activated and you have had access to Pro features.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • A verified technical failure on our part prevented you from accessing the service for a significant portion of your subscription period
  • A duplicate charge was made in error
  • The payment was processed but your subscription was not activated within 24 hours

3. Crypto Payments (USDT TRC20)

Payments made in USDT on the TRC20 (Tron) network are blockchain transactions and are irreversible by nature. Once a transaction is confirmed on the Tron blockchain, it cannot be reversed, recalled, or cancelled by TPS.

For this reason, all USDT payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. Please verify all payment details carefully before transferring funds:

  • Confirm the wallet address shown on the payment page
  • Confirm the exact amount in USDT
  • Use only the TRC20 network — do not send ERC20 or BEP20 tokens

If your subscription was not activated within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, contact support with your TXID and we will investigate manually.

4. When Refunds Are Possible

  • A duplicate payment was charged in error (YooKassa only)
  • Your subscription was not activated despite a confirmed successful payment, and the issue could not be resolved within 72 hours
  • A significant technical outage on our infrastructure prevented access for more than 7 consecutive days during your subscription period

5. When Refunds Are Not Possible

  • You changed your mind after activation
  • You did not use the Pro features during your subscription period
  • Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • The payment was made in USDT (all crypto payments are final)
  • More than 14 days have passed since the payment date

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, contact us within 14 days of the payment date at support@tps.app with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Payment date and amount
  • Payment method (YooKassa or USDT)
  • Transaction reference or TXID
  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method where technically possible. Approved YooKassa refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by not renewing at the end of your current period. TPS does not offer automatic recurring billing — you initiate each subscription renewal manually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days.
