Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TPS (Trading Performance System) at mytps.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TPS. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. TPS is not available to residents of jurisdictions where use of such services is prohibited.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@tps.app

Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred to another person.

4. Service Description

TPS is a trading journal and performance analytics platform. It allows you to log trades, track performance metrics, and receive AI-powered insights. TPS is a self-improvement and educational tool — it does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals of any kind.

5. Subscriptions

Free Plan Limitations

The Free plan includes up to 20 trade journal entries and 1 trading strategy. Free plan users do not have access to AI coaching, advanced analytics, or priority support. These limits may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

Paid Subscriptions

Pro plans (monthly and yearly) unlock unlimited trades, unlimited strategies, AI Coach, full analytics, and priority support. Subscription access is personal and non-transferable. Pro features are only available while your subscription is active and in good standing.

Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected period (monthly or yearly). Prices are displayed in Russian Rubles (RUB) or USDT depending on the payment method. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer automatic renewals — each subscription period must be renewed manually.

6. Crypto Payments (USDT TRC20)

TPS accepts USDT on the TRC20 (Tron) network. When paying with crypto:

• Send the exact amount in USDT to the displayed wallet address
• Submit your transaction hash (TXID) in the payment form
• Verification typically completes within a few hours of blockchain confirmation
• Only TRC20 network is supported — do not send ERC20 or BEP20 tokens
• Sending to the wrong address or network results in permanent loss of funds

7. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription period has been activated. Exceptions may apply at our discretion in cases of verified technical failure on our part. Crypto payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. See our full Refund Policy for details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TPS only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use TPS for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Share, sell, or transfer access to your account
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from TPS
• Upload malicious code or content of any kind
• Attempt to disrupt or degrade the availability of TPS
• Use automated scripts to interact with the platform beyond normal use

9. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to TPS. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or present a risk to other users or platform integrity. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@tps.app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer

All content, scores, analytics, and AI-generated insights on TPS are provided for educational and self-reflection purposes only. Nothing on TPS constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to trade. Past performance displayed in your journal does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any financial outcomes that result from them.

TPS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TPS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to TPS in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of TPS — including the TPS name, logo, and visual identity — are owned by or licensed to TPS and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Your trade journal data belongs to you. You retain full ownership of the data you enter into TPS and may export it at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TPS operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a notice in the app. Continued use of TPS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
